The FIFA 2021 game does not load from the Steam store

Summarize your bug I bought the game from Steam after I installed the EI store, but the game did not open for an unknown reason, I tried to install and delete it again but it did not help, there is a problem with the data in the cloud and locally, I do not understand why there is a trial version, I never tried the game just straight I bought it. I also tried clicking on Windows in the source folder properties to mark run as admin, canceling full screen, and also run as Windows 8 even though I have Windows 11 home version 64 bit, I canceled the cover option

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I think it's not possible, more general information: I have a Dell laptop

What do you expect to see? For the computer to load, note: the version of the EY store has changed, maybe it has something to do with it, I'm not sure

I also deleted the Appdata folder and it didn't really help

I came to a solution by deleting the Steam folder in the App Data folder and deleting the Origin folder in Programm Data

Note: For some unknown reason I have to open Microsoft One Drive cloud services to edit the FIFA configuration file( INI FILE) in the documents folder
