The reason why F1 22 is so difficult

To me it comes down to inconsistency in the player driving model.  There's things you can do in some turns and on some tracks that just aren't possible in other situations.   Throttle application in the lower gears is still far too inconsistent especially through a long turn under acceleration.  The final turn at Monza I got a wicked snap spin this morning on a qualy lap.  From 5th gear.  Throttle application was fine and consistent in around that 60% range as I was slowly applying throttle out of the turn then one minor steering adjustment and my car just snaps around on me.  No extra throttle applied, just a minor adjustment on the wheel to keep with the turn and around I go.  It's almost never happened to me there unless I mash the throttle down which i can understand.  I find the same thing happens through the opening turns at Miami.  Although there you're accellerating all the way through those S turns so I can understand needing to be careful on the throttle and normally you can be accellerating just fine, no wheel slip but suddenly following through the turn you just snap spin around while the AI cars just power through those turns full out.  It's pretty ridiculous the major difference and inconsistency between the driving model for the player and that of the AI in my opinion.

If this whole snap spin issue can be resolved or smoothed out the game drives perfect.  It's tougher than last year and I'm fine with that.  Usually if I made a mistake in the past with throttle application hey... it is what it is, driver error.  This year though it's not making any sense how you can be lighter on the throttle accellerating, be accelerating just fine with no grip issues then all of the sudden in the blink of an eye for no apparent reason around you go.  On old worn tyres... I'm 100% in support of that, it makes more sense to me, but on fresh softs... come on. At the speeds it happens too there should be enough downforce generated by the car already to keep it on the track.  Clearly that's the case for the AI cars, so why not the player?
