You guys are right and there are also lots of crazy bugs & glitches going on with this game.
The list I put together is mainly of things that are actually part (fixed elements) of the game already and they just need some adjustments and improvements (or actual fixes when they simply don't work as they should) and if we would put a list of actual random bugs that are happening to all players, then this would be an infinite list - LOL
But I agree with you guys and I had a few of those crazy bugs - or some similar stuff - myself, like for example.. I lost the fastest lap a couple of times at the very last lap of the race because the game gave it to one of the AIs with an under 1 min lap time - this actually happened more often to me on F1 2021 (so it's another bug that was also copied/pasted) - and it seems that for some reason, the game would not compute (count/add) one of the sectors time for the AIs, so their total lap time was the sum of only the 1st and 2nd sector, but not the 3rd..
I also had a SC bug in a recent race in Spain - on F1 22 - where the AIs just refused to catch up with the SC and I got stuck behind one of them, so I couldn't catch up with the SC either - it was my only chance to get closer to the cars in front, but I couldn't do it, since I was stuck behind an AI that refused to catch the SC - but as I said, there were several AIs doing that and not only the AI in front of me - it was super weird..
MAYBE we should create another topic just to list ALL kinds of crazy bugs that the players are experiencing in this game - this wouldn't guarantee that all of them would be solved, but at least it could be pretty fun to read it all - LOL

Those are pretty good and interesting suggestions, mate, but I don't think they would ever add all of that to the game - this also sounds more like something they could add to F1 Manager - although I never played it myself..
But yes, there are so many things the devs could add to this game to make it even better and I'm not talking about that whole pointless F1 Life thing.. - I mean that's 'cool' and stuff, but.. it's also completely pointless and unnecessary, so..

I play with manual gears myself, but I added that issue to the list because I see people complaining about it all of the time, which shows there's a lot of people playing the game on auto-gears and it's just a shame that there's a lot of people getting their careers all screwed up because of that (the too high wear on engine parts and constant replacement of those parts and lots and lots of grid penalties, etc) - also a shame that something (theoretically) so small wasn't fixed properly yet by the devs..
What I can suggest you is to try and manually switch some of the gears that are taking too long to shift, so you won't let your revs on the maximum for too long all of the time - but then again, if you're gonna try that, then it would be better to try and learn (get used) to using manual gears, because it gives you more control (better management) of the car and also it makes you faster, etc..
At the same time, I don't think it's fair to tell people who play on auto-gears to simply switch to manual gears just because the devs 'broke' the game - they (the devs) must fix that issue, of course - let's hope they do it ASAP, mate!
