I play with TC off, mainly because TC on (on any level - medium or full) makes you SLOWER - as you guys already noticed - and, to be honest, it's not hard to drive with TC off if you have a pedal or a good controller - it IS necessary for people playing the game on the keyboard, though..
So, if you guys can, I strongly suggest you to turn TC off and I'm sure you're gonna enjoy the driving and get faster, BUT.. I also agree that the TC for the players should work as well (and as efficiently) as it works for the AIs - I mean.. the AIs are programs (obviously) and they are programmed to always have perfect acceleration out of all corners (and we all already know how over powered they are accelerating, especially after the slow corners, with that flawless and super strong acceleration), so.. here's what I think:
The PLAYERS TC should be as efficient/powerful as the AIs..
OR
The AIs TC should be as 'bad' as the Players..
I believe the real problem in this matter is how different the TC is between the players and the AIs and it makes it literally impossible to match the AIs if they're set to a high(er) level - a 'temporary solution' would be to lower the AIs, etc, but that's obviously NOT good enough and if you lower the AIs because of their acceleration, then they're gonna get super slow in all other aspects, so.. yes, the devs should do something to fix/improve this issue, in my humble opinion.

I am setting issue #6 (about fuel calculations for the races) as 'solved' (or is it?!), but I need some feedback/confirmation from more people..
In my case, the calculations seemed to be all over the place and rarely correct, even after doing the Race Strategy program (all 5 laps, on Mediums, actual race pace, etc), BUT.. now that I'm in Season 4 of MyTeam and my car is almost fully developed - and the Power Train department is actually fully developed already, including and especially the Fuel Efficiency components, I've been getting a perfect fuel calculation for all the races so far in the season - did 5 of them already.
In all of these races, the game would suggest me a few extra laps of fuel for each race, but then I decided to put the exact amount of laps/fuel and.. it worked just fine!
So, MAYBE it has to do with the fact that once the car (or at least the Power Train department - or at least the whole line of Fuel Efficiency components) is fully developed, the calculations are more precise - OR this was actually fixed already and I didn't know..
But it seems that, FOR NOW (and at least to me), the calculations are correct (problem solved / issue fixed) - yay!
Just to inform I'm also setting Issue #10 as SOLVED.

Turns out it was only a SETTING that was 'wrong' - let me explain:
On the AUDIO OPTIONS, I've just tested all options for Radio Verbosity and the Victory Radio Calls only play if the verbosity is set to 'Everything' or 'Reduced' (if it's set to 'Critical', or 'Responses Only' it won't play, although the option to turn Victory Radio Calls ON or OFF is still available)..
On the other hand.. I don't agree with the Victory Radio Calls being linked to the Radio Verbosity - not to mention it forces us to listen to Marc's unnecessary blabbing just so we can hear ourselves celebrating our race wins..
In a way or the other, this is the solution for anybody else having that issue (Victory Radio Calls not playing) - cheers, everyone!
AI behavior that drives me crazy:
a) Sometimes AI, make a move on you on fast corners.
The kind of pass attempt that would set themselves in a bad positition should they not clear the pass and couldn't return to the racing line. But they just magically find extra power to just move a car's position ahead to clear your car. It's like they found a Mario Kart mushroom, they boost and get in front of you. No point in trying to use battery to defend. They do it in race starts so they aren't using DRS.
b) when out of corners sometimes they lose traction and wobble their cars a bit, but guess what? They accelerate out it faster than you do... They should lose time in those situations.
c) they dive into your line when you are already starting the turn. They should abort the pass in those situations.
d) At race starts, when they make a mistake and move outside the track, they yank their cars back into track and into you regardless....
e) At slow corners, when making a mistake they tend to almost halt their cars without any reason, like they have to return to the racing line instead of just letting the car go wider. It just results in me bumpping into their rear since it's such a unnatural thing to do.
f) You have two AI cars fighting for position in front of you. They go all in at every corner, fast esses, chincanes, anywhere, they wreck their cars to pieces and slows the whole pack down.
g) They have insane grip out of slow corners.

I agree with you in all of the situations you mentioned - and all of these dumb AI behavior are also on the list on the 1st post - not to mention the several other posts/topics in this forum about how bad the AIs are in this game - so let's just hope the devs are reading all of this and aware of all the actual issues with the AIs - but above all else, let's hope they actually FIX each and every one of them!
