Are you able to stream if you change the mute setting for your mic in the settings or disable HDR?
We had some report this for NHL 22 and they provided some workaround steps here and here.
Another player claims it will show that error but the game is still streaming once they check their Twitch channel on their mobile device.
- @EA_Blueberry I disabled HDR and made sure my mic is on. Still get the same error message and the game isn't appearing on my stream.

Can you try deleting the Twitch app and re-install it to see if that has any effect?- @EA_Blueberry Still the same as before.
Same problem here!
Reinstalled Twitch, restarted the console… nothing!
F1 2021 works absolutely fine, but F1 22 doesn’t want to stream.

This was raised up to our teams and Microsoft. We found out there needed to be a configuration on the back-end to activate it, so if it's not already up and fixed we should have streaming for you available shortly.- @EA_Blueberry Thank you!
