Why do you think they had to use F1 2021 for the F1 2022 event a few days ago.. it's a joke. Codemasters has been doing F1 games for over a decade and they still suck at it.

Which event? If you mean the one with the F1 2021 eSports qualifiers I think this would usually be on the previous year's game since this is what they all qualified on. It did though have an issue with Jake Benham leaving the game despite it being (presumably) a local LAN game ☹️.
