Same issue here. (PC) T300rs works on F1 '21 and earlier as well as other EA pro games like Grid Legends, but F1 '22 will not detect my wheel.
Very frustrating, subscribed to EA Play Pro mainly for F1 games and I can't play it with my sim racing rig....
You can see this is your issue. Please ensure the wheelbase is updated with the current driver and firmware.
FYI 'Check for Updates' in the driver should find the 2022_TTRS_1
Running the TM Firmware Update in the created program group should offer to update the firmware to v34
This will impact T-LCM pedals if connected (please visit the Thrustmaster website for the instructions)
Shifters, Handbrake and SF-1000 need to be updated via their own driver (available from the Thrustmaster website)
CONSOLE USERS: Connecting your controller to a PC (read for mode switch if applicable) and updating the FIRMWARE is important. Latest firmware is ONLY found in the latest DRIVER).
On PC, special consideration should be given to ensure the wheel is not set as a Steam Controller.
T500RS wheel is not licensed for use on PS5, but the wheel will work on this console in the PS4 version of the game because the PS4 is emulated. Don't ask EA /Codemasters to support your wheel it's a licensing issue between Sony and Thrustmaster. A licence for Thrustmaster is not commercially viable because the wheelbase is too old.
