No worries. Link to v11 firmware higher up (on Page 7). The TS-PC should work fine with your rim, pedals and handbrake. I will post my HWiNFO from my gaming PC tomorrow.
Edit: Thinking about it, the handbrake may fall under the same blanket "not advised" category as (handheld console game) controllers when using a wheel?
