Thrustmaster T3PA-PRO/T.RJ12 pedals not recognized, using Fanatec wheel.

Product: F1 22
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Thrustmaster T3PA-PRO/T.RJ12 pedals not recognized, using Fanatec wheel. Can't plug pedals into Fanatec base. Last update for T.RJ12 in 2018.
Which area is the bug/glitch in? My Team
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Connect Fanatec CSL DD wheel and Thrustmaster T3PA-PRO pedals with T.RJ12 USB connector.
What happens when the bug occurs? Wheel is recognized, pedals are not.
What do you expect to see? Pedal inputs should be recognized.

This combination of wheel and pedals works fine in every other game except F1 22... rFactor, Assetto, Project Cars, Truck Sim, etc. etc.

I have a workaround with vjoy/joystick gremlin/hidhide, but it is tedious and problematic.

No driver update for Thrustmaster T.RJ12 USB connector since 2018.

Please fix?  :-)

  • please ignore the person who says you cannot connect it via USB. the following are the steps:

    1. uninstall all current thrustmaster drivers

    2. download the current t150 driver from thrustmaster's site
    3. profit

  • Need to disconnect USB T.RJ12 from USB and connect pedals to wheel or it will see both T.RJ12 and Thrusmasters TX-wheel axis in game!

  • @9db894f442c233f6ed9c0f648b0d7ade Sorry, no Thrustmaster wheel, as it says in the problem...
  • Great for you, but it don't work!

Buttons on wheel is not working after installing t150 drivers! And pedals connected by T.RJ12 USB. No buttons configured in T3PA-PRO/T.RJ12 USB settings! Only in F1 wheel.

Game hangs after, esc - quit game!

I do not use any Fanatec wheel! Only TX-BASE/F1 wheel and T3PA-PRO/T.RJ12 USB connector.

  • @9db894f442c233f6ed9c0f648b0d7ade yup i have a similar use case to you. you have to first completely uninstall all TM drivers and restart PC, and then reinstall new drivers.
  • At last I get rid of my looooong name! Now its the right name.

Well. I will try once more like u say. I did not restart pc between uninstall and install drivers!

    Sadly it did not help.

I have it connected to a USB-hub for the simplicity to turn it off and on, I believe it could be the problem, but not sure.

I don't have any usb ports left on my pc 😢 so I connect my fligtsim and carsim to usb-hub....

I can use the wheels connection for pedals, so it is not a complet catastrophe. I need to have the cable hanging over the edge of my desk.

    Thanks anyway!

If a solution comes along I will try it.
