Thrustmaster TX FFB cutting out.

Product: F1 22
Platform:Xbox Series X
Summarize your bug Force feedback goes from what it has been set to, to being super light and you can barely feel the car
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Driver Career
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a thrustmaster TX create a custom wheel setup. And play the game. It should occur
What happens when the bug occurs? Wheel will still have the on and off track effects but wheel weight and damper which controls the strength of the feedback goes super light and changing the feedback does nothing for it. You need to quit the game to get it to stop, and it always comes back within 10 mins
What do you expect to see? Force feedback to remain consistent without it getting light for no reason

When on F122 I had tried the default wheel mappings and ffb, and also making a custom one. For the first few laps it feels fine, but then the whole wheel goes light and can't get ffb back. If I shut game down and try again it'll work for a few seconds again. Even editing the ffb settings and adding more resistance and weight does nothing when the issue occurs

This happens in all modes

  • Same issue here using the Thrustmaster Tx 458 Italia Edition on Xbox Series X. Mine actually seems to turn off force feedback completely mid-race, often immediately after a pit stop. Turning the wheel off and on again seems to resolve it temporarily.

It doesn't happen every race either.
