However in Spain RB went for comparably very high downforce which actually comes very close to what it is like in the game and your video..
Which car to prefer? Definitely the Aston Martin IRL, wonderful livery and amazing downforce/mechanical grip for a car that bad at the start of the season😂
But rather the Red Bulls great efficiency over the Ferraris cornering prowess
Yes, I mean, about IRL we have seen also in the last Austin GP, Verstappen at the beginning of the straight was almost 9 tenths behind Hamilton when he overtook him. Ferrari just slightly better than Merc (3 tenths more or less), while when Leclerc was behind Verstappen only 2 tenths gained… That’s really impressive having comparable engines. And impossible to beat RB in battle if not with a better pace.
Having saying that, I think DRS should be used yet but differently, the purpose should not be the (easy) overtaking but the (hard) fight, I wait for Interlagos to check if they are starting to better work on or not. I would like to propose myself as DRS tracks supervisor 😜
And BTW not only beautiful but also very fast Aston Martin in Austin as well! 😂
- Meza9943 years agoSeasoned Ace@Nuvolarix Exactly and as long as they dont muck up they setup Aston Martin will be quick in Mexico again! Their overall grip really helps there but as we saw before they love to bottle it like Canada qualifying haha
Regarding DRS yeah its a little too strong IRL gaining like ~16-18 kph vs the 11-12 ingame, quite the difference especially with long DRS zones so Mexico could be a easy overtaking for a change😂
