Update, checking files integrity doesn't help me, i try reinstalling now...
I reinstalled the game and it worked, sad part was that all my settings and setups was gone, i had to make all the settings again...

I am having this issue now. No times going to the Leader Board.
I am on xbox S.
When you did the uninstallk/reinstall, did it keep and then update your missing times on the Leader Board?
What was deleted? Car set-ups you have developed for certain circuits?
As I go through a circuit in TT, I always have developed and saved a car set-up that I found worked for me.
Your times updated, BUT you lost those set-ups?
Just trying to clarify and figure out what to do.
Without the time going to the Leader Board, it takes something from the enjoyment for me.
