@EA_BarryIt is unacceptable to leave this issue unfixed and referring to "just use the RJ12 cable", when some players a) cannot use the cable for various reasons b) want to use USB power, allowing for calibration etc. Both are 100% supported methods by Thrustmaster, and this way of operation has worked for previous titles with no issues.
What we as paying customers want is for you to tell us you're working on the issues at hand, and committed to making a hotfix available ASAP. You must be able to imagine the disappointment for some players paying extra to play early, and not being able to due to poor/completely lacking QA.
This is totally unacceptable that a TS-XW with T-LCM using usb work in 2021 and not now. Does EA have a QC or QA department or do you guys just wing it and hope for the best under the pressure of management to release the game by July 1/22?
