Two Player Career Mode

So a friend and I have been going through the 2 player career mode in Co-Op and there are a few things that I think could make it so much better.

1. Voice chat. I can have voice chat on multi player, so why not 2 player career? Seems weird that I have to use an external service like Discord to do this. Better yet, have the ability to push to talk to either Jeff or your team mate. Sharing info while driving could be very helpful and realistic

2. Share setups. As part of the race prep, it would be very helpful to see each others car setups and their practice times. We could then adjust based on what each of us learn. Maybe have the team recommend a common setup and then let us see how each of us have changed it.

3, Performance comparison. After each practice session it would be great to see where each of us are doing well. Why is Joe faster in corner 10? Why is Bob getting a better run out of turn 4? Maybe even show our used lines on the track to see what line each of us is using? Let us work AS A TEAM to win.

4. Race Strategy. At the start of the race, it would be good if we could compare race strategy. Maybe 1 person want to start on softs while the other will start on mediums? Fuel load? Pit window? We want to avoid coming into the pit at the same time and it would be good to make sure we have multiple strategies covered off.

5. Replays. I want to be able to see my teammates race after the event. We spend alot of time explaining what happened or what went wrong but I can only see my replay and not theirs. 

6. R&D - I hate that 1 of us has to make all the R&D decisions. Having a way for us to choose together would be better.

7. Co-Op into competitors. Maybe the team thing isn't working. It would be cool (and hard I understand) if during contracts, one person could leave and suddenly you are now in competitive mode.  It would be a twist for sure!
