Tyre Allocation on F1 22

Greetings.

I tried to find a similar thread, but I didn't, so I created this one to check something with you guys. Tyre allocation is fixed in f1 22 as it was for 2021, but, nowadays for a short qualy session and 50% races we are fitted with one medium tyre, one hard tyre and 4 red tyres. I remember that it is not uncommon to use double set of yellows and one red for some tracks, even in irl racing we can see more than one set of medium tyres being used on the track, so my question is:

Why can't we allocate some medium or hard tyres for race usage and have to contend to such an imbalance tyre strategy? is this how it really is in real f1?

In F1 2021 we had two set of medium tyres to use and it opened much more race possibilities.

I might be seeing this the wrong way but I do feel having only one set of medium and hard tyres could be problematic should we face race incidents or other problems during a session.

@Hichel18This has kinda been covered the past weeks a lot..

    A) There is no "tyre allocation" IRL
    B) All teams get the exact same amounts of tyre for each compound (8s, 3m, 2h)
    C) from what i remember they have to use 1m in P2 and return it there and 1s for Q3 and can only use it there.

@Meza994 is the concept of returning the 2 sets of the “most used” tyres still applicable IRL? Other than what you’ve already stated about using and returning a M tyre in P2?

Each team returns two sets of their choice after each practice session.
For example, Max had 2 new mediums and 2 new hards  available at the start of COTA.  This means he returned 1 medium and 5 soft sets after practices.

@gatorlb Yup they can return any tyre they want IRL but as a compromise it would help if we were at least able to return the most worn tyres out of all tyres and not just their weird choice.. I mean we know they dont want to bother with any AI development to or actual player freedom so it would be at least an easier version but yeah ideally get it 100% correct..

It's just a * game developed by incompetent people.

They do not even deign to respond to the problems that the community exposes. It is not possible for a game to be released with an official license and not even the basic rules are respected. I spent some money on this *.

I opened a post for a bug on the "new" F2 22 (where qualifying is buggy) and they didn't even bother to answer me. That is, they have added a mode that cannot be used and they don't even fix it! There are no words for this crap.

Where are the developers?  why don't they make themselves heard?

What specifically are you referring to here?

There is a my topic in bug section where i found a bug with qualifing of F2 22. Essentially the game reverses the starting grid in sprint race 1 even from 11th to 20th position, when in fact only the first 10 positions have to be reversed.  from last disqualified, I was 11th on the grid.  But apparently the developers don't care at all and therefore we have a fake mode despite the development delay.

That's cool. Using 3 tyre compounds and still getting DQ'ed for not using multiple compounds.
