Summarize your bug Wrong tyre distribution during practices and qualifying. The practice tyres are 4 soft and 1 medium tyre and, in qualifying, you can only choose between 3 soft, 1 medium and 1 hard tyre. Also, you can´t change anything.

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? After patch 1.15, while playing in My Team, and seeing the tyre distribution, you can see that practices and qualifying tyre are switched.
What happens when the bug occurs? It´s very difficult in that way to qualify with just 3 pairs of soft tyre for all the qualifying, because with the hard and medium is impossible to get time.
What do you expect to see? Correct this bug just switching the tyre distribution correctly to play normally please.

I have seen that this bug isn´t only in pc players, so I guess that it´s is caused by the rencent patch. After patch 1.15 you can change tyre distribution but, with this error is very difficult to play in a high level because of the disadvantage of having less soft tyres to put. I don´t know if it happen in another mode but, in my career mode, especially in my team mode it happens.

@EA_Kent Can you please check the report above as well (same issue)?

In my case I have already tested this, and the bug takes place in existing and new saves alike (both in Driver Career/MyTeam).

I also explain in the report how the bug happens, as I tested both saves (also selecting different allocation types in 1st race) and got the same bug in races #2 and #3, which indicates it stays that way for the whole season.

Same issue for me, also in Grand Prix mode I had a set of mediums in short qualifying for a 5 lap race. Picture is of my team.

I've also had this issue after the 1.15 patch. on an existing my team save.  I was mid race weekend when the patch was applied so it kept the original allocations for the remainder of the weekend. On my next race weekend I entered after the patch was applied it was auto locked to the hard allocation, I could not change it to balanced or soft before entering into the race weekend. 

Like many other uses have reported I expected this patch to allow tyre allocation to be selectable before each race weekend, but it appears most users are either locked to the hard distribution if the patch was applied to a mid-season in progress or can only select the allocation for round 1 of a new season which then locks in for the rest of the season. The game is not a representation of what goes on in real life with tyre selections. 

Hopefully this can be resolved for patch 1.16 and allow users to select the tyre distribution before each race event - applicable to existing saves regardless of season progress and new Career saves.

Same here. Am stuck with hard and medium tyres in Qualifying in career mode.

Same issue @ Miami GP for me. I have a hard and medium for Qualifying but no hard available for practice. Only occured after patch 1.15
