Same issue @ Miami GP for me. I have a hard and medium for Qualifying but no hard available for practice. Only occured after patch 1.15
I'm also getting this problem.
Driver career mode. PS5.
Unable to change tyre allocation. So it means my FP1, FP2 and FP3 tyres are soft X5, and medium x1. This is clearly silly and not in keeping with real F1, because I'm unable to use a set of hard tyres in any practice session
