Tyres are cold at race start with formation lap turned off - after 1.07 patch

@Maegnys I agree, 5 lap races should start with pre warmed tires. Hopefully they fix it in the next patch.

But the softs don't take two laps to come up to temperature and it's affects everyone equally so it's not a huge deal.

@KVNR01 It affects everyone equally in multiplayer, correct. in Grand Prix mode, it only affects me as the AI does not seem to have this problem > AI makes me eat dust in Lap 1, so 5 lap races against the AI are pointless at the moment in Grand Prix mode
