Using carcass and outer tire temps is broken, AI outlaps tyre temps are not simulated, or not enough, meaning they have lots more grip than the player.

PLEASE adjsut this ASAP, I've done extensive testing on this issue and it's bad. Until it is fixed the game cannot be played with carcass and outer tire temps selected.
