@Ultrasonic_77 I answer to your message when you said lapped cars isn't a problem since there are ghosted.ajobling1983 perfectly complemented my message.It's very common if you have damage after a terrible start and have to go to pit at the end of the first lap. During a 5 laps race, you don't care because the race is already f... up with the bad start... but during a 50% or 100% length race when you play online in private with friends, it's very frustrating since you don't want to leave already... Then, since 2 years, there is no possibility to restart the last session instead of the full event anymore and there is no reason why Codemasters remove this feature from private league except promote their open broken ranked online multiplayer mode...

@ajobling1983Yes that a pre release build. So things can change.Plus with the fact the ruling has now changed that all lapped cars must be unlapped before racing resumes, this should be shown on the game to follow the rules like they have done before.

Whilst i agree with what your saying about a pre release build, i think your being slightly optimistic here. If it were to be in the game, dont you think it would have been in the preview build so people could test it?

@ajobling1983 Not necessarily as it’s a pre release build for content creators to get there feeling on it and get some footage of the game out there (building the hype). The finished product still has way more to add to it from that version hence why it’s pre release.

Like what? When has the preview build been significantly different to the version released on day 1? Yes the may be little tweeks here and there, cosmetic things or small changes to A.I etc….
but something as big is this, i doubt it mate. Happy to be proved wrong as i would like it in the game…

@ajobling1983 just this year with F1 22, mate. David Greco mentioned in his video with Alex Gillon that the "biggest change" made to the whole handling this year in his opinion was the one made to the transmission and it wasn't present at all on the preview build.

He also mentioned (in this forum I think?) that tyre pressures weren't doing anything in the preview.

I don't think the unlapping will be implemented, but that's just the skeptic in me. What @Dansmotorsport said is valid, the preview build has been confirmed to be different from the final build in more ways than one. Even the Super Car leaked gameplay footage from today showed changes to the Miami kerbs it seems.

@mariohomoh Yes was in this forum about tyre pressures.. Depending on the end of the spectrum that the pressures where on in the preview (certain values for e.g. rolling resistance etc. must have been used, just not changed by tyre pressure in the setup) this + the transmission could make an enormous difference in traction.
