Hi guys,yes, you guessed it, now I start complaining about Verstappen here.But hear me out on this one, please. I recently played Silverstone for half a 50% race, and the way Verstappen pulls away from everyone is just beyond any player's abilities. This has been a huge problem last year, and it's a huge problem now.Now, let's think about this. The Red Bull has never been the best car in the grid since 2014, Verstappen has lost most of his races, the Honda engine is very unreliable, yet for some unknown reason, he can pull away like there's no tomorrow, and the only way to stop him is to deliberately DNF him with a collision.I don't know if any of you have the so-called "Super Max" issue as well, but I expect this to be fixed. I didn't ask for F1 2021-2, I asked for F1 22, and with Verstappen dominating every Practice, Qualifying, and Race sessions, this is the very case of bad AI programming.And don't bring the argument "Well, you gotta understand that Verstappen won the title last year", because the only way Verstappen wins races is because nobody dares to defend against him, and he profits from race control and the FIA's decisions.Speaking of which, the 33 Red Bull doesn't have Verstappen's signature on the car, so this needs fixing too.

I dont have a super max either in my team 1st season, George, Charles, Lewis , Max, Sergio and I think Carlos got one. In Canada now, Max is 60pts behind Charles in 1st. Lewis is 2nd in the championship, one of the others is 3rd. I'm doing a quarter of a 200% race.If you find the going tough maybe consider turn down the AI.

Verstappen is OP in real life, so it is realistic 🤣In my seasons are also Ferrari and leclerc the toughest opponents. Red Bull loses ground in most of the first seasons and mercs then become winning machines.

It's Leclerc who's absolutely unstoppable for me. I've done 19 races in my first season so far. Leclerc has won 13 of them. Everyone else behind him was so inconsistent, he had the drivers title wrapped up at Monza, with a points total that was almost the same as second and third place added together.

@MrPaulHellion Yeah, Leclerc is a bona fide driver, I'll give him that. I recently had an epic battle with him for the lead in Silverstone.However, Verstappen is a different caliber. Unlike Leclerc, he just goes for gaps without thinking, assuming you move aside and don't defend, just like in real life. That destroyed his front wing twice in the race. And he should have a 90+ Awareness? Yeah right.

@svensen86 Hm, then you're very lucky I assume. I have once seen this in Driver Career in the last game where Red Bull were pretty much in the midfield at the end of Season 3, and AlphaTauri was the second best team regarding performance.

@svensen86Same, I'm doing 100% (16 races) season and is now in my 14th race. Max is currently only 4th with Checo only a single digit of points behind in 5th, even Lewis had won more races than Max.

R&D progression seems to favor the slower teams a little bit more this year, so the field is super close and absolutely chaotic right now, I really like it.
If anything, having super Max/Lewis/Charles is still miles more realistic than having super Bottas/Checo like the last two years.

@LuckyNico92 I only play in GP mode but I have not experienced what you are. I've beaten VER many times at 95AI in Miami, Singapore, Bahrain and Silverstone. VER and LEC are very fast but beatable. The only time VER or LEC pull away is if I am stuck behind a few AI cars battling it out and blocking like mad. It may take a few laps to get passed them but at that point who ever is in first has pulled out a large gap which is challenging to recover from. That is pretty close to a real race in my opinion.

@LuckyNico92 All the AI are like this. They dive bomb (especially at starts) and try to overtake in ways that are insane at times. I've gotten a lot better at predicting what they are going to do and avoid contact.

Yeah actually in my season is Sainz leading with 30+ over Leclerc. 3rd one is Russel. So the constructors is done deal i would say already.
