Vibrations on the Xbox Controller cannot be configured

What happens when the bug occurs: Vibrations can only be turned on and off. When vibration is on, it cannot be configured between each other. For example, turn off ''On Track Effects'' and leave ''Off Track Effects'' on. Nothing changes with different combinations. Different jumps in vibration strength too.
What do you expect to see: Please can you configure the vibration for the original controller as the function was originally intended in the game. I think this is an important personal settings feature and currently I need to have vibration turned off. Thank you very much EA team.
