Voice commands on consoles, why does CM not implement it?

Speech recognition is an incredibly specialised area of software development. It took Google's dedicated speech team about 6 years just to get English working well enough to put in a phone; Apple had to buy a whole company to get Siri. It would be madness to waste time trying to develop their own.
