@issueskid13  I totally get that:.   F1 drivers  don’t listen music in race.  And as I do.  I do with flashbacks cause I will crash often:  esp during a awesome guitar solo.   

But I’ve mentioned this before and now we have multiple commentators to call on.   He really call to get some sporadic commentary throughout race. 

Things like Hamilton looks to be pitting in the next few laps as he’s lightning up the timing board.

Or Max and lecrash have collided going into turn 2…. That’s going to be a safety car. 

Obviously be impossible task to have constant commentary the entire race.  But F1 championship addition used it in a away to update you with on track events.  

Didn't like any of them (Didn't know any of them) Where's the Hip-Hop, like a gym pump-up soundtrack.... Not to mention the fact that we can't even Stream videos that have these Soundtracks to Twitch or Youtube, because they keep getting Muted and Copyright Claimed

We're never going to be able to cater for lots of different genres. I appreciate the soundtrack might not be tailored to your specific tastes though which is why you also have the ability to mute the music or toggle to Ian Livingstones soundtrack.

You'll find this isn't a Codemasters/EA/F1 choice! This is standard practice across the industry, this is because we don't own these pieces of music, we license them for single use in the game and we have to pay for that. You'll find this would be the case with any copywrited music used in any game or video on youtube. You might get away with uploading something but if the record label find this it will be demonetised or taken down. I'm sure you'll appreciate this isn't anything that is under our control. And as above one of the reasons we put the "Soundtrack/Theme" option in the menu is for people that want to stream and upload the game without worrying about youtube takedowns - the options are there for you, you just need to use them.

I don't mind the addition of licensed tracks but the ones featured aren't really to my taste so I switched over the the Ian Livingstone soundtrack which feels like a nice sequel score to the F1 2021 soundtrack, however I did find it getting a bit repetitive after a few weeks so I switched back to the licensed stuff just to mix things up. 

If I could make one wish list track that should be in every F1 game forever,,,, The Chain - Fleetwood Mac. The BBC coverage from too long ago now was always instantly enjoyable just by having that bassline playing over V10 engine screams.... (also bring back classic F1 cars with V10's please)

Maybe an option to let us dump mp3's in a folder that the game detects and plays would be fun, Options would be, No Music - Theme - Licensed - Custom 

I'm a Fleetwood Mac fan so I hear you, I may or may not have used this track when building the new music system for F1 22 🙂

The Chain is only really associated with F1 in the UK though due to the BBC using it. I think if there was a really eclectic soundtrack it could work but currently it wouldn't fit with the style we have.
