I play on quest 2 with a 3070 ti.
With Virtual Desktop I play on mostly high settings at 90hz with Spacewarp active, in order to keep some headroom to maintain a steady 45fps in game. Racing is smooth and jitter is not too bad in the garage and on the starting grid.
Virtual Desktop sets the resolution with SteamVR this way and it's defaulting to just over 3000*3000. Overall I'm really happy with the experience.
