Weekend Tyres Set Selection

Dear all,

I would like a support in how select the tyre for the Weekend. I Started the normal F1 Championship as "single" user but the tyre set for the weekend are automatically selected and sometime I Have not the proper tyres for the Race. Example The tyre available for the race are the medium and the Hard (no soft because the set are shifted for a more medium/hard tyre). 

I remember from 2021 that before Weekend started It was possibile to select the Tyre with from more Soft to Hard.

Is it possible in 2022? 

Another point is how to set the other pilot position indicator when you drive from cockpit (The arrow indicates where they are and how far they are). Which is the setting ?
