Same here. Came in 2% and absolutely no in-game email or any note or anything. I barely got an in-game mail after quali and that was it.
@EA_Kent Is that a quality of service Electronic Arts provides? Does anyone on EA/Codemaster's side even remotely aware of this? Interested in? Most of the time I think that writing anything here is pointless and EA doesn't care about people who bought their game. What's even worst - you disrespect us because we literally wasted our time to gain some ephemeral reward but then you broke your own rules and denied this reward. Should I even start this week's event? Do I have a guarantee that I can get a reward this time?
New week, same problems. Last week event on Monza was in progress. Guess what?! No rewards, no mail, nothing. Results from the previous week aren't loading. @EA_Kent EA/Codemasters really? REALLY?! This is *!
I'm officially done with this game. You can't even provide normal service - Time Trial loading stalling the game to a point when killing the game from task manager is the only option (hit and miss when trying to switch tracks in TT), leaderboards not loading (as abovE), rewards not send (4th time for me, second in the row), 7 and 8 buttons on McLaren GT3 V2 wheel still hardcoded. Not mentioning many big and small problems that I'm not even posting bug threads for.
