weekly event results disappeared completely - how can you keep messing up?

Product: F1 22
Platform:Steam-PC
Summarize your bug Weekly event Hungary results not showing, no in-game mail with trophy/points, also not visible on racenet. This has occurred twice in F1 22 before but never on earlier games. What are you doing in these offices? how can you mess up even that? Havent you messed up enough?
What is your 16 digit Report Code? n/a
Which area is the bug/glitch in? Weekly Event
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
Did you have cross-play enabled? Yes
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Look on racenet (event not even visible anymore) and try finding out why players havent received mails with XP and trophies for the event. And have a good thought on how you wanna continue sell games if you cant even guarantee such basic functions anymore. It is very disappointing.
What happens when the bug occurs? A nicely driven weekly event result becomes basically nonexisting - happened twice in the last 2 months after never happening in earlier games. Sometimes I really wonder, to quote a classic bad relationship question, "What is wrong with you?"
What do you expect to see? I expect to see on monday morning after a weekly event with good races a in-game mail that sas congratulations, gives me a trophy and my 3000 points for finishing inside the top 5%, more likely inside the top 10 on the leaderboard, but since it is nowhere I dont even know

    Hi, any news? I haven't been awarded for the last three weekly events in which I participated ☹️ 

    I hope you can fix it.

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Good question, you may already have the answer.
    What happens when the bug occurs? No in-game message = no reward.
    What do you expect to see? I'm waiting for the reward that I should have received.

    It would be nice if this problem could be fixed once and for all.

    Étapes: Comment pouvons-nous trouver le bug nous-mêmes? Voir si les gens reçoivent leurs récompenses le Lundi
    Que se passe-t-il lorsque le bug se produit ? Pas de message dans le jeu = pas de récompense.
    Qu’attendez-vous de voir? J’attends la récompense que j’aurais dû recevoir.

    Ce serait bien si ce problème pouvait être résolu une fois pour toutes.

    @jenny_a_m   The 9000 points that I did not receive should have allowed me to unlock the rewards of level 31 of series 4. Series 4 which ends in less than 5 hours...

  • Rewards work for Series 5, but where are the Series 4 rewards we should have received?

  • @TIM-F140 I also had the issue where no coins were credited to my account, despite screen saying they would be. I’m not the greatest player anymore since the new cars but it was 1250 coins in total over 2 weekly events. Where are they and when will they be credited? My own question wasn’t posted for whatever reason so having to just post a reply here.
