@ScarDuck14 Then why is the game still being sold by the ever innocent publisher? It is incomplete/broken due to a technical issue.
A fix (technical standpoint) is very easy, I can't think of one good reason outside of red tape why it cannot be fixed. I don't think a single human ever accepts hearing 'No' without a reason given? We want to know WHY. Could you imagine if there was a simple database issue with the Fifa Ultimate Team Cards? Something as simple as a row insertion would fix? Look at EA's earning reports, find those cards and tell me what would happen if that database had an issue for even one second.
His (or yours, anyones) "knowledge of gaming" is irrelevant, this is not a gaming issue. There's been no disrespect here....at most people have shown distaste towards EA because like you they've been around gaming either a long time or long enough to know the score. Farming microtransactions en masse from casual gamers who buy sports games every year.
I've been gaming since 90/91 too (Road Rash is my earliest EA logo memory). If you have been gaming since the arcade era can I ask you what you would do if you put money into one of the machines, it didn't work(as intended) and when you asked the staff they just said "Hey Gamer! yea, that's broken, not fixing it" and walked away. Where would you say the disrespect lies in that exchange?
