@Lucky_MelotjeNo, EA and Codemasters are very much both to blame trust me. I'll be buying products from neither going forward.
I actually managed to return Dead Space remastered and F12023 to Smyths in the UK yesterday afternoon (although it was like 5 weeks since I bought both I held out for a while hoping for a fix here). Neither were open and I mentioned I didn't want to start F12023 because F12022 has a broken trophy list (they still had it discount at Smyths on the shelf), I even told him about the 50 weeks lol....anyway he told me about FIFA severing ties with EA which I didn't know, this should hit that revenue in the next 2-5, 10 years. Like I said before their studios go under through lots of small decisions that aren't visible on the surface over there, abandoning a 50 wees old game that's easily fixable being one of those little decisions.
I think it's good news about FIFA though. They've got their engine and using the "FC24" title so joe public casual gamer knows no different but give it time.
EDIT: And the reason the F12010 services are still running is the same reason that F12022 is broken. It's just forgotten and/or not cared about, something in the background. The irony is its the same issue internally at Codemasters that has caused both outcomes.
