I haven’t noticed the cutscene you’re speaking about be removed.
Potentially though, the removal of the cutscene only applies to new career modes that were started post a certain patch.
But I agree with you, they definitely shouldn’t be removing these things that bring that little bit of extra life to the game.
Hopefully they add more cutscenes like this into future F1 games. For example, they could have a cutscene for entering/exiting the paddock, or even coming in the top three in qualifying!
