Because we prolifically post on everything. We pick up when people encounter the same issue and flag it to @EA_Kent who doesn’t mess about. He replies within minutes. Only reason he takes that long is because he’s looking at the relevant posts. As it may be something he can solve. Or if it needs to be given to codies.
So it may seem like there isn’t much interaction from EA. But believe it not. EA support on here is far better than I realised. The community managers don’t spend their time banning and deleteing as many think they do.
