@FG44141 AMS2 F1 cars are terrible, they slide too much and are completely unrealistic in their handling model. If you want a proper alternative to F1 22 the only real option is Assetto Corsa, buying the F1 22 mod (that costs only five dollars). However you will miss all the features that only the CM game has (as a proper career, all the tracks, AI built appositely for those cars, practice programs, pitstop strategies etc. etc.), given that F1 titles are the only ones that are made appositely for the F1 championship in mind, exactly like ACC is made appositely for the GT3 season and as such it has much more features tied specifically to those cars.
