Do you mean the button you have to time when to press when using the immersive pitstop option? It will show you on screen what the button is at the time you need it. Checking the control options I can't see a key binding specifically labelled for this, so not sure if it automatically mirrors another, or can't be changed.

Honestly it's no huge loss but that's really annoying for you. Just in case it helps, below is a recent video of Alex Gillon's where you can see the key to press is displayed (should start just as he's heading into the pits), which is 1. I've no idea if this is the default for him or not though, and I suspect he plays on Steam.
Are there any game functions your don't have a key bound for? Maybe try doing so just in case the pitstop button is using something you don't have defined, and that's why it's not showing for you.
