Will voice commands be available on F122 on PS5?
Will voice commands be available on F1 22 on PS5?
Would love to know for sure before buying - specifically which version.
Can conform they do NOT work on PS5. 😮💨

I wish I was proven wrong aswell.... Cycling through those engineer replies is a huge pain.
Also, the fact that they work on the PS4 version (even on PS5) proves it CAN work, but Codemasters/EA are to lazy to make it work.

it is crazy that F1 2021 on PS5 works with voice commands but not F1 22. Feels like it’s going backwards. And the Champions edition wasn’t cheap!!
thanks again, I can now stop looking through audio and mic settings to see what I need to turn off or on!! 😂 and that my Logitech headphones are not broken 🤣

It would be but this isn't the case. Voice commands don't work for the PS5 versions of both F1 2021 and F1 22. They do work for the PS4 versions of both games played on PS5 though.

Do you mean a recent update in F1 22 or 21? Just so I don't go wasting my time going through F1 21 trying to find an option that isn't there lol @Gamer_Bhoy_Dave Sorry no. I was saying ps5 had been updated by Sony so it now has voice control.
- @ScarDuck14 Ah, I see. I got my hopes up there lol I was gonna go buy 22 in the hopes that they added voice commands to the PS5 version but it doesn't seem like they did. I think I'll stick to 21 for now. I'm fairly new to the series so I probably won't notice many changes to the latest instalment. Had voice commands been added, I probably would've dipped in.
Alas 😭 @Gamer_Bhoy_Dave Cm couldn’t add voice support for 2021 and this was due to Sony. When SONY Added voice control to ps5 a few months back I assumed that F1 22 would be able to have voice enabled. I assumed wrong

Source? It has been explained that voice control has been added to the PS5 dashboard but it is not usable in games.
