Had the same problem,and I had to update The wheel and then it worked like a charm!

  I use the Open Wheel, both TM Software and Base Firmware are up-to-date.. there seems to be no way to update the wheel itself only the base.

    @feuerbananoThe Open Wheel is NOT compatible with F1 unless you're on PC and Im not real sure about that as it is NOT on the PC list either.
