Considering that 2021 was closer to be correct on race tyre allocations than 2022, you would think that EA/ Codemasters would’ve kept the race tyre allocations the same as they were.
I still think there’s a way that the entirety of the tyre allocations can be divided up differently, one favouring softs, one favouring mediums, and one hards. The medium and hard allocations would put more soft tyres to use in practice sessions, thus putting more medium or hards into the qualifying allocations. Essentially, as I said previously, it would make a lot of sense for EA/ codemasters to use the previous working model from 2016 to 2019 and modify it to fit the 2022 model with tyre allocations.
As I said previously too, this isn’t a perfect solution as you don’t get complete control over tyre usage, but does give players more strategy options and a closer sense of realism.
There are simply 4 soft tires in the race but only 1 medium and 1 hard. Now seriously that should have been noticed that it can not be true. You are allowed to keep 2 tires from the whole training sessions in real life. But in the game seems to eat the Roscoe.
