Hi everyone, 

I apologize for the lack of a response on this. 

I'm afraid I don't have any updates to share at the moment, but I have continued passing this feedback along. I will continue to do so as we see it. If I hear back with any news on this I'll let you know.

@EA_Kent Can you at least tell us if they're working on this issue, or if they're at least aware of it? I think I speak for most people when I say we're feeling completely in the dark over what is a pretty big issue with the game.
