Thank you for your detailed feedback on this topic. We've shared an update on this which you can find here: Tyre Allocations - Answer HQ.
They will not fix this. That's why its 14 pages long and zero response. It's the same every year, we find game breaking issues with the game and are then ignored because the codemasters development team and the F1 game itself are not good enough. Were running on a game engine that is 8 years old and that was broken from the start.
We have to be patient because that's all we have left

I know as much as you I'm afraid. I don't know why the game apparently doesn't mirror real F1 and naively it doesn't feel like it should be a major issue to fix.
