Player DCE renfort 83 × 10 lost

Hello,

On December 28 around 12:20 a.m., I did a reinforcement DCE 83 times 10. I validated the DCE, I saw the players I had in my pack but then, they disappeared.  They are not in my club, I did not put them on sale (I checked on the companion application thanks to the quick sale recovery and in any case, my credits have not changed at all).

Obviously, the 11 players that I had put in this DCE were removed from my club.  So I lost 11 players (including a TOTW) to recover none.

In the pack I got as a DCE reward, I had a TOTW player at 85 and Oyarzabal winter at 88.

This type of problem is not normal so please do what is necessary for me to recover the contents of my pack.
