When I try acess the transfer market It says I have to complete an sbc I've already done. The issue is l can't acces web app because it signs me into ps instead of pc. Due to the fact I unlinked my ps I can't change it to pc so is there a work around to this?

Du loggst dich sehr wahrscheinlich mit deinem falschen EA Konto ein. Du hast anscheinend 2 verschiedene und dein PSN Konto ist noch mit einem anderen EA Konto verknüpft. Wenn du dich nicht mehr an die Daten erinnerst, würde ich empfehlen mal den Support zu kontaktieren.
