Wrong Rewards

Message: Hello Ea, i was just playing fut champs this weekend and was winning my game. Then my Opponent quit so i should have got the win, BUT i did not receive the win. This Win would have secured 9 wins for me , which would have been better rewards. I want you to give me that match win and give me my rewards. I did win, so why the hell wont i receive my rewards????
