KEIHARD GENAAID FC24 KICK OFF CUP

I play a tournament and I get screwed hard. I get to the final of the Kick off Cup of FC24 and the opponent does not come after the 5 min waiting time, it says connection is lost with the opponent. Then the result is 0-0 and I have become 2nd while I am just ready for the match. And what a lousy customer service that you can't email or chat with anyone anywhere.

 Ik speel een toernooi en ik wordt keihard genaaid. Ik kom in de finale van de Kick off Cup van FC24 en de tegenstander komt niet na de 5 min wachttijd, er staat verbinding is verbroken met de tegenstander. Vervolgens staat er uitslag 0-0 en ik ben 2e geworden terwijl ik wel gewoon klaar sta voor de wedstrijd.En wat een belabberde klantenservice dat je nergens iemand kan mailen of chatten.
