i Have a big probleem with ea

i play weekend league on sunday night during ligue 1 tots. I finally got 14-6 and opened my rewards i got very bad rewards while the people who play on friday got very good rewards because there was a glitch my question is did we receive compensation to also get something good because im also entitled to that.
