Redeem item error message

Hi. I have an item in my store in UT that every time I push the redeem button I get an error message.

I have tried restarting the game, repairing the game from the EA App, restarting my PC, I have also made a new squad. Nothing seems to work.

So now my store is completely blocked, because I can't open other packs until I accept this item.

Please help!

    I got to level 30 last time and missed all the rewards

    I have this same issue also

    Pack I tried to open- claim a one player pack from my preview pack

    Is there no administrator who can offer a solution for this error? Everyone started getting the same error. That's why we can't open new cards😡
