Hi @ICE_MARINE1 there has been a thread where this is discussed https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/FC-25-not-running-smooth-on-PC-again/td-p/14055980 , I proposed a solution, and then the EA advisor add it more info.
I have a similar monitor, and with myfix (sorry in this case was applied to Nvidia Panel) but I guess that you have a similar equivalent on Amd Adrenaline, pretty much the way to go is to inside the game mark that you want unlimited FPS (I do use borderless), and then via your Graphics card panel set up a FPS limiter to the maximum your monitor can give.
Even thought the game will have greyed out the hz, its gonna be the maximum your monitor provides.
Check the thread, give it a try and see if it helps
@Xtremed the only issue wth that is that you are overriding the game settings via third party but as soon as you load into the game then if you still have the 60Hz greyed out then you are running 60Hz in that game regardless of what override you have on.
Remember, you can run 200+ FPS and appear to be running 200+ FPS in the game but still locked to 60Hz.

@ICE_MARINE1 If you use a tool like afterburner / rivatuner / Adrenaline you can see the actual FPS the game is rendering, the menu setting is pretty much giving a bit of wrong information, also if you are in borderless it will get the refresh rate you have setup over windows, thats why you cannot choose any other option.
Not sure if you read the whole thread but pretty much the combination of settings over the game (Uncapped FPS + Borderless), modifying the fcsetup.ini and configuring things over your graphics card panel have sorted it out for many, not sure if you even tried the options given to you or if it is that you just want an EA advisor to point you to the exact same solution / thread.
So leaving this coment in here in case somebody else face these issues, you can follow the instructions from that thread I linked before.

@Xtremed I have tried everything before putting this post up and no solutions work for me.
You mention uysing Adrenaline software to see the actual FPS the game is rendering but you are actually so wrong with that statement. It is the GPU that is rendering the FPS and not the game. For example if you have a 144Hz monitor and are running 200 FPS then you are not getting any benefit over 144Hz / 144 FPS and are basically wasting resources.
For example I modified the fcsetup file and changed it to 3440 x 1440 and set the refresh rate to that of one in EA FC 25 (120Hz). Loaded into the game and it played utter crap, checked within advanced settings and even though all settings pointed to 120Hz it was actually stuck in 60Hz. If you bothered to read my original post you would clearly see that this solution worked for me with EA FC 24 but not with the new EA FC 25.
The only solution is to run the game in 1080p which then unlocks the refresh rate of the application.
If an EA Advisor wants to point me to the same thread then thats on them, thats not what I am asking. I am simply asking them to acknowledge the issue and work on fixing the issue. Why should gamers have to find work arounds just to play a game in this day and age. There has been many many early access games with only a couple of DEVS working on the project produce far better results in terms of fixing bugs, patching games and overall customer service compared to a massive company like EA.
Stop defending EA's poor Customer Service and start fighting for proper updates to fix issues that real users are experiencing. This exact issue was a well known issue for EA last year and yet they still neglect to fix this issue amongst many more. Worth to keep in mind though if there was a bug in the game allowing you an extra 20 coins per match in UT then that would be patched instantly.

@ICE_MARINE1Hi, no don't get me wrong not trying to defend anybody, I would prefer things would work without me needing to tweak things every time I install new drivers =D
But one thing that just wanted to point out, based on what you mentioned, and just to be sure... you did change the settings inside the options to have unlimited framerate, (on your fcsetup.ini it should say max_frame_rate = 0). As like im saying I was able to tweak things (with Nvidia, there is also the chance there are issues with AMD...) and im able to play with no issues, even qualified already to Fut Champs for next week =)
Anyway hope you could sort this one out so you enjoy the experience, even more after paying the extra for ultimate edition.
Good luck!
