@ICE_MARINE1Hi, no don't get me wrong not trying to defend anybody, I would prefer things would work without me needing to tweak things every time I install new drivers =D
But one thing that just wanted to point out, based on what you mentioned, and just to be sure... you did change the settings inside the options to have unlimited framerate, (on your fcsetup.ini it should say max_frame_rate = 0). As like im saying I was able to tweak things (with Nvidia, there is also the chance there are issues with AMD...) and im able to play with no issues, even qualified already to Fut Champs for next week =)
Anyway hope you could sort this one out so you enjoy the experience, even more after paying the extra for ultimate edition.

Just triple checked and settings are all correct within the fcsetup config file, just sadly doesnt work for me this time around ☹️
To me it seems to be working if you edit the config file. You just cant change any settings in the game or it will revert back to 60hz. And I am using the same GPU and Monitor.
You can check to see if its working by using the monitors firmware osd and going to display info in the others section of the firmware settings, while the game is running.
Also I am using no limit FPS in the game settings and using Adrenalin software to limit FPS to 165fps. And also have Freesync turned on.
