Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I was led here by an advisor from EA help chat who told me to report the bug here in order to recieve in game compensation. Bug has since been fixed
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to confirm player and locked on player pick screen.
What should be happening instead? Being able to confirm player pick
I experienced a bug that had stopped me from being able to play the game for 5 days. I was prompted to pick a player from a player pick SBC however when I selected my player there was no way to confirm my player pick. it usually allows me to press square to confirm however this did not happen. I had this bug for multiple days and missed out on content, specifically SBC's. I wanted to complete the 88+ icon pick SBC but was unable to due to this bug and being unable to move from the player pick screen for at least 5 days. The bug has since been fixed but as stated I unfairly missed out on content and also just being able to play the game that I paid for. I feel some form of compensation would be fair in this case as it was an error on EA's behalf that caused me to lose out on content. Thank you
