"An error occurred and your squad was not saved. Please try again later"

My companion and web app both aren't working.

Every time I try to change a player in my squad, when I back out and go back in my squad hasn’t changed.

I get the error message: ‘A error occurred and your Squad was not saved. Please try again later’. when I try to change formation, it isn’t saving.

I can’t put players who are in my current squad into an SBC, but I can’t take them players out of my squad to I’m stuck in limbo. I also can’t find a way to connect to EA Help live chat. 

Please someone suggest a way to fix this 🙂
