Black Screen in Champions Finals

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure but always happens when I start a game of Champions Finals
What happens when the bug occurs? I load into a game of Champions Finals, but the screen is just black and the game doesn't load at all.
What should be happening instead? Game should be loading in properly
I try to load into a Champions Finals game and the screen is just black, I either hear the menu screen music or the fans making noise. I try everything to either pause the game or just see if anything will work but nothing happens. When I open up xbox menu, the countdown for forfeiting due to inactivity begins and goes away when going back into game. The game will also briefly show the field for half a second before going back to black and it does this every minute or two. I am forced to restart the game resulting in a loss on my finals record. This is beyond frustrating and I'm hoping to find a solution to this issue.
